We are a startup helping startups. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs grow smoothly, and offer them a flexible, affordable one-stop shop to manage all their administration, finance, tax, legal, HR, marketing, and engineering needs. We help our clients grow their business, from bookkeeping to investor relations, while providing opportunities for professionals who are interested in flexible, part time work.

Part-time, Remote Tax Accountant/CPA.

  • Contract, then potential to gradually increase/convert to full-time if mutually agreeable.     

Candidates should be available 5-15 hours per week initially.

The Tax Accountant will work directly with/support our team and CFO as well as our clients in order to:

  • Review Company and/or Clients’ books for US GAAP compliance

  • Ensure that all corporate taxes and regulatory filings are prepared and submitted in time      

  • Coordinate work with accounting manager and CFO

  • Answer tax/accounting questions from internal and external audiences    

    Possibility to work on accounting (non-tax) projects and clients if mutually agreeable.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax

Remote Accounting Manager/Jr Accounting Manager

  • Part-Time Contract

The Position

Part-time Accounting Manager/Jr Accounting Manager. Contract, then potential to gradually increase/convert to full-time if mutually agreeable.

Candidates should be available 5-15 hours per week initially.

The (Jr) Accounting Manager will work directly with and support our team and CFO as well as our clients in order to:

  • Set up clients’ books and COA

  • Coordinate the US GAAP compliance of clients’ accounting

  • Ensure that clients’ books are closed timely

  • Help manage a team of accountants

  • Answer accounting questions from internal and external audiences

Remote Startup Bookkeeper/Accountant

  • Part-Time Contract

The Position

Part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant. Contract, then potential to gradually increase/convert to full-time if mutually agreeable.

Candidates should be available 5-15 hours per week initially.

The Bookkeeper/Accountant will work directly with and support our team and CFO as well as our clients in order to:

  • Prepare, book, and reconcile journal entries

  • Manage vendors and billing

  • Perform general expenses, payable, and bank entries and reconciliations under the direction of the accounting manager or CFO

  • Support the month-end-close process

  • Assist with any A/P, A/R, COGS, or expense-related project as directed
